BAJA FRESH-IMPOSSIBLE INFLUENCER MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Mediaplacement Entertainment, Inc. partnered with Baja Fresh to create a social media campaign to celebrate Taco Tuesday and to highlight Baja Fresh’s the new Impossible™ Meat menu items: Impossible™ Tacos, Impossible™ Bowl, and the Fuego Impossible™ Burrito. Each content creator shared one in-feed Instagram post and a minimum of one Instagram story, with a link to the Baja Fresh ordering page. Posts went live around 10:00AM PST to drive consumers to Baja Fresh locations for Taco Tuesday across the country. Aligning with influencers who are genuine fans of the brand allowed participants to share their own experiences trying the Impossible™ Meat entrees authentically and their love of Baja Fresh with their followers. This influencer marketing campaign helped drive up in store sales in celebration of Taco Tuesday.
